Will you just sit/stand still so I can get a picture?

It has become increasingly difficult to get a good picture of our girls together, due to their inability to sit/stand still. Also, they never seem to look at the camera at the same time with smiles on their faces. Here are 2 pictures that turned out pretty good. Now, can we just get a family picture with all 4 of us looking pretty good?
